How the Alo CIN Works
Join the Alo CIN with no up-front entry fee. Participants are billed quarterly on a per claim basis.
Engage in the CIN’s clinical programs and initiatives aimed to manage costs, utilization, and improve quality of care.
Integrate with the CIN’s technology solution so that the CIN can collectively measure and track its shared patient population and provide reports and analytics that show participants how they are doing.
Gain enhanced access to patient services such as behavioral health, psychiatry services, chronic care management, wellness, and nutrition counseling.
Enjoy collaboration and networking opportunities with other like-minded physicians across the state.
Be part of the CIN’s commercial FFS contracts and receive rates that reflect the value the CIN is generating.
Keep any existing Value-based care agreements – joining the Alo CIN does not preclude being part of an ACO.
